Glove Terminology

GCS® - Glove Component System - This innovation features a removable dual density zip-in-zip-out Microfleece and Retro Pile liner. On cold days, wear the full winter glove component system. On warmer days, remove the liner and wear just the insulated waterproof and breathable shell. Either way, your hands will remain warm and dry.

Comfort V6® - An exclusive innovation from Grandoe® that provides the user with more comfort, more dexterity, and more feel than any other winter gloves ever made. We take 3 variable levels of insulation and place it into 6 different zones for optimum dexterity and performance.

MacroCap™ Technology - For those who have constant cold hands, this is the winter glove solution. We place an extra layer of insulation at all fingertips to provide heat retention for better circulation and increased warmth.

Air Flow™ - Patent pending technology from Grandoe® that creates the most breathable waterproof gloves ever. Comfort IQ Phase Change material combined with an integrated venting system offers perfect temperature regulating comfort in winter gloves.

Gore™ 2 in 1 Technology - Developed by W.L. Gore, this new innovation offers the user two options for warmth and comfort. On cold days, slide hand into top chamber for more insulation. On warmer days, move hand to palm side chamber for better grip ability and dexterity.

Freedom Stretch - Gloves designed with soft-shell materials for a 4-way stretch fit that are light-weight, warm and comfortable. Providing comfortable and flexible winter gloves.

Poron® XRD™ - Patented open cell material, resistant to moisture and other environmental conditions offering continued cushioning comfort for superior winter gloves. Comfortable, flexible, and lightweight, Poron® XRD™ frees athletes of rigid, bulky, and constricting padding while still absorbing more than 90% of energy when impacted at high strain rates.

DriGard® - A nonporous waterproof and breathable membrane (insert) exclusive to Grandoe®. It functions through the use of microscopic holes that allow vapor to evaporate, but does not allow moisture to penetrate.

Primaloft® - A super soft, high loft, water repellent microfiber insulation that is as warm as natural down but lighter in weight.

ThermaDry® - A premium high loft, hollow core fiber insulation exclusive to Grandoe®. Maintains warmth in winter gloves even when wet.

Radial Palm - A unique palm design that offers better grip with reduced bunching and tearing. More durable, more comfort.
